The Role

We are looking for a creative, curious, motivated, and driven Marketing Intern to join us. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support everything from social media creation to marketing analytics. If you’re looking to see how a strategic marketing consultancy operates from the inside while also getting paid to build your resume, this is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Social Media Support: Help create, schedule, and engage across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Content Assistance: Support the drafting of blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.

  • Graphic Design: Use Canva, Adobe products, and more to produce graphics for both digital and traditional marketing.

  • Research: Dive into SEO keywords and industry trends to help our clients stay ahead

  • Analytics & Reporting: Assist in gathering data for client marketing and web performance.

Who You Are:

  • A current Senior in high school or current College student. Interest in pursuing Marketing, Communications, or a related field as a career a plus.

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with (or eager to learn) tools like Canva, Go High Level, Google Analytics, and website platforms like WIX and Wordpress.

  • A strong writer with a casual yet professional tone.

  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Additional Details:

  • Pay rate is $10/Hr for at least 40 hours a month (~10 hours a week)

  • Job begins as soon as possible in March or early April 2026

  • The ideal candidate will be able to stay on for longer than just a summer gig, with the timeframe undefined for now. If things go very well, there will also be promotion considerations the longer you stay.

  • If you're located in the DFW area, the work will be hybrid to start, working from the home office in Coppell and eventually from where ever you like as long as things are going well. If you're not currently located in DFW in March/April, starting work remotely is fine, but you will need to be able to do team Google Meet calls weekly. Once summer hits you're back in town, we would love to see you a bit more often in person to better collaborate.

  • You will need access to your own computer, as well reliable internet if working remote

  • Other benefits include a letter of recommendation or the ability for your future potential employers to contact us as a reference, as well as LinkedIn and resume coaching.

How to Apply

Please send an email to Jennifer at jennifercfleming88@gmail.com by Sunday, March 8 and include:

  • Your resume, even if short. If no job experience, focus on your potential, reliability, and transferable skills from other activities.

  • What interests you about the role and any experience you have with marketing

  • Your grade level

  • Where you'll be located in March and April (Coppell or otherwise)

  • When you can start

  • Whether or not you would be able to stay on past summer
